Vinicius Colli began his journey at V4 six years ago as a franchisee, investing less than R$10 thousand in Colli&Co, unit that became the first to reach R$1 million in monthly revenue, together with Gustavo Figueiredo. Today, the operation moves around R$40 million a year and serves V4X clients, exclusive arm of the company for large enterprises, like XP Investimentos, Sicoob and Salus Group. Both are leaving their respective positions in the franchise to take on new roles at headquarters.
