    New tool, launched by Poli Digital, organizes the relationship between company and client

    Executives emphasize the benefits of Poli Flow combined with Poli Chat, another product from Poli Digital. "O Poli Chat is the environment where the customer will exchange messages", it will have in the details everything that was discussed with the client, and may start new conversations. While Poli Flow is a complementary tool, where it is possible to see which clients are without a response, and how long ago; what are the created cards, and view your status

    They also emphasize that the Poli Flow, for being integrated into Poli Chat, automatically integrates WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and the websites of the companies that use it, thus assisting in the entire communication management process. 

    The customer service management process is designed around contract signatures, proposal management, shipping of products, forecast of opportunity closure, sales targets and conversion reports. These insights can be used in Poli Flow as inputs for better management of the customer contact moment, but they are not the main purpose.
