The survey reveals that the majority of customers, 67,8%, belongs to generations Y (Millennials) and X, with ages ranging from 30 to 50 years; being 35% people aged 41 to 50 and 32,8% in the age group of 30 to 40 years. The youngest, of Generation Z, represent 9,4% of the audience.
Men are still the majority in the market: 78% versus 22% of women. Other interesting information includes the profession of the interviewees, that declare to be, mostly, entrepreneurs, lawyers, merchants and engineers. The origin of those who buy is mainly concentrated in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Goiás, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Bahia, but there are buyers in all states.
The survey also reveals that 92,6% of customers are Individuals, while only 7,4% are Legal Entities. Furthermore, 54% of those interested in acquiring properties are married or in a stable union. These numbers corroborate data released in 2023 by Brain Strategic Intelligence, that showed that 37% of the population plans to buy a property in the next two years.
