A fintech Magie, that has been gaining prominence in the financial market, has just taken an important step by integrating 10 banks into WhatsApp, allowing your users to make payments and transfers via PIX using account balances from different financial institutions. The novelty will be available from next Monday (16), with the promise of providing a practical and safe solution for the end-of-year celebrations, without the need to access banking apps directly on the main phone
With the support of resources from Meta and OpenAI, Magie has stood out for its innovation in its platform, that allows for simple and quick financial transactions through text commands, audio or image. Since its launch in 2024, the fintech has already moved R$ 300 million and recently completed an investment round worth R$ 28 million, led by the American investment fund Lux Capital, with participation also from the Brazilian fund Canary

A fintech, that has already implemented Open Finance technology at the beginning of December, expect a significant increase in the number of transactions during the holiday season, offering a solution that can transform the way Brazilians manage their finances on a daily basis
The ten banks that will be available in the new feature are: Itaú, Nubank,C6 Bank,Santander, Bradesco,BTG, PicPay, XP,Inter Bank,Banco do Brasil and Mercado Pago
The new feature will be enabled three days before the deactivation of the native payment feature of Whatsapp. Despite that, Meta in Brazil supports Magie's initiative, offering digital infrastructure and support for development in your application
Magie is also increasingly investing in security. Today, for example, already ensures that users' passwords are not recorded in WhatsApp conversations and uses robust protection systems to ensure the security of banking transactions. Soon, it should also integrate a facial recognition system
