    With 'Chat GPT' from recruiters, Hub Group will compete for a share of the market made by Artificial Intelligence

    Wanting to regain the trust of recruiters and candidates in selection processes conducted by Artificial Intelligence, the Hub Group, HR consultancy specialized in recruitment and selection and people development, will launch, in March of this year, a proprietary platform. The new technology will complement the company's growth strategy, based on new contracts with expanding sectors in the Brazilian economy, like mining, industry and financial market. A 20% to 35% increase in revenue is expected for 2025

    Based on artificial intelligence, science and data analysis, theHub Labswill function as an orchestrator of recruitment and selection processes that promises to optimize talent pool management and enhance the experience of HR departments. In addition to bringing clarity to the life cycle of the selection processes, the tool will feature a user interaction module with the system itself. "This base will have", initially, 226 thousand profiles, that can be segmented by the recruiter as if they were talking to Chat GPT. Thepromptsthey can include physical characteristics, skin color and gender, ideas for affirmative vacancies, as well as all the professional experience of a candidate, including salary, hiring model, a multitude of combinations, explain Victor Fazzio, senior partner of the Hub Group

    This factor will not only bring more accuracy, as greater efficiency in thematchingbetween professionals and job openings in relation to current market solutions. Part of our growth will come from the efficiency gains driven by the intensive use of data analysis, crossings and diagnoses. It's as if our team is multiplying by five or six with the use of a robust artificial intelligence system. And this should generate a much faster and more accurate result for the clients on the front line, what will drive growth, reveals Victor. 

    In addition to serving Hub's own recruiters, ten clients with between 100 and 500 employees each in their companies are already awaiting the launch of the platform

    Economy also impacts growth

    Last year, the consultancy worked 5.029 positions in the Brazilian job market. Fernando Guedes, senior partner of the Hub Group, explain that the consulting revenue is the result of two major business areas. 55% of our revenue is obtained through Hub Infinity, RPO solution that outsources recruitment and selection for medium and large companies, that move large volumes of vacancies. The other 45% come from strategic positions related to middle and senior leadership, whose operation is the responsibility of Hub Talent and Hub Top Executive.”

    With the doubling of the workforce over the past year, Hub also projects an increase of at least 20% in the team in 2025, reinforcing its structure to meet a scenario of higher turnover in companies due to high employability in the country – the average unemployment rate fell to 6,6%, lowest recorded since 2012, згідно з IBGE.     Sectors drive growth

    Among the segments that most boosted the results of the Hub Group in 2024, the industry stands out, mining and the financial market. With the rise in the price of iron ore and the devaluation of the real against the dollar, companies in these sectors increased their production capacity and the need for hiring specialized labor

    In the financial market, the Hub expanded its operations with relevant projects for retail banks and payment methods, leveraged by a growing demand for sales and customer service professionals. At the same time, the technology sector maintained a decelerated pace, reflecting the challenging moment that the sector has been facing since 2022. The supply and demand in the technology market is reversing. We are already being approached by IT professionals interested in moving, something unimaginable during the pandemic. It turns out that the sector remains quite cautious, in part due to the local high interest rate environment, that deter risk investments, points Victor Fazzio, senior partner of the Hub Group. 

    Perspectives for 2025

    In addition to the sectors that boosted the consultancy's results in 2024, The Hub Group works with the perspective of a positive year for agribusiness, after one of the worst harvests in the last 20 years. An expansion of activity in this sector is expected, mainly in the second half of the year, when hiring tends to increase. Furthermore, the company seeks to expand its presence in segments such as tourism, food and retail services
