According to the International Coach Federation (ICF), largest global association of coaches, in the last ten years, the increase in specialists in the country reached 300%. Pedro observes significant increases in areas such as life coaching and career coaching, and emphasizes that "the organizers are increasingly seeking flexible spaces, that involve personalized practices, how rooms for mentoring, and larger areas to provide comfort for up to 2,000 or even up to 5,000 people simultaneously
