A SpySkyTech, Brazilian deeptech startup, had the honor of being one of the five finalists selected for the final phase of the Bridgestone Moonshot Challenge during the GITEX North Star 2024 event, in Dubai. Among hundreds of global applications, SpySkyTech highlighted its artificial intelligence platform, SSTOM, that transforms devices with cameras into smart observers, using Cognitive and Generative AI to optimize operations in sectors such as infrastructure, retail and security
Besides SpySkyTech, four other innovative startups reached the final
• Quality.AI (United Arab Emirates), that offers AI solutions to improve the performance and safety of commercial fleets
Chagel INC (Senegal), who won the competition with its development of sustainable solutions for transportation
• Basetrack (Germany), specialized in autonomous systems for trucks and smart logistics
FleetFox (Slovenia), platform that optimizes fleet management with predictive maintenance and real-time analysis
During the competition, SpySkyTech demonstrated the real impact of its platform. In the road sector, SSTOM has already helped reduce traffic incidents by 15% and decrease operational costs by 30%, without the need for large investments in new devices. In retail, the platform helped reduce thefts by 15%, reduce monitoring costs by 70% and, at the same time, improve customer experience and increase sales with real-time generated insights
