Efí Bank is the best company to work for, in Brazil, in the financial services category, according to Great Place To Work (GPTW). The company came in first place, among the medium-sized ones, in the 6th edition of the Financial Institutions ranking, announced this Tuesday, 24th of September.

The initiatives that secure the top spot in the GPTW ranking for the company go beyond career plans and opportunities for internal growth. Two years ago, adopts a 4-day work week.In addition to the shorter week, the institution offers, as benefits to your employees, extended maternity and paternity leave (7 months and 1 month, respectively, and language scholarships, undergraduate and postgraduate, in addition to educational scholarships for children of employees up to 17 years old.
