The Brazilian Association of Electronic Commerce (ABComm) projects an online revenue of R$ 6,56 billion for Father's Day this year, celebrated on the next day 11 of August. This value represents a 5% increase compared to last year, when the revenue was R$ 6,25 billion. The average ticket should also show growth, increasing from R$ 453 in 2023 to R$ 469 in 2024
The expectation is that the number of orders will rise from 13 million, registered in the previous year, for 14 million this year, reinforcing the growth trend of the sector. The most sought-after categories by consumers are electronics, computer science, fashion, cell phones and appliances
