    Digital transformation has reached all sectors, and companies of different sizes can benefit by seeking technological training as a way to empower their employees. The idea goes beyond simply meeting the demand for technical skills, but provide the necessary knowledge for professionals to automate tasks, optimize processes and gain autonomy by using technology to your advantage

    According to the researchTech Education & Business Operational Efficiency, carried out byAlura For Companiesin partnership with FIAP, companies that invest in tech training programs see improvements in various indicators related to employee performance, how the increase in productivity (64%) and engagement (45%). 

    In this scenario of constant transformation, the school investigated what were the10 technology coursesmost searched on your platform in the first half of 2024, revealing the areas that received the most investment in training, with an overview of the most relevant skills for the market this year

    The survey shows a significant change in companies' interests compared to the previous year. There is greater diversification in the demands, with a focus on the growing momentum in areas such as Business Intelligence, with the Power BI course, and Data Science, represented by the search for "Python for Data Science"

    For Tavane Gurdos, general director of Alura for Companies, the ranking highlights that there is a strong mobilization in the market to promote data intelligence in business. “Tools like JavaScript, Python, Power BI and Excel open pathways for companies to create innovative solutions, optimize processes and make strategic decisions within a vast digital ecosystem”, say

    The Alura For Companies study with FIAP also reveals that 60% of the surveyed organizations believe that their clients or users were able to perceive – directly or indirectly – the positive impacts of investments in tech training. According to Tavane, this number and the school's own ranking indicate that many companies have already understood that they need to adapt to the dynamic reality of the market to remain competitive and retain talent.
