A ServiceNow, the AI platform for business transformation, recently announced the appointment of Federico Grosso as vice president of the group for Latin America, starting from December 9, 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience in business technology and regional leadership to the role, having led pan-regional sales teams, market entry operations and growth in new markets
Before joining ServiceNow, Grosso held prominent positions in leadership and senior management, most recently serving as president of Adobe for Latin America, where he spent over a decade building and managing high-growth businesses and scaling operations across Latin America.

He will be allocated in São Paulo, in Brazil
