QPrice is the new property pricing tool from QuintoAndar,that combines technology with public data and historical market data, to produce complete property price analyses, bringing more security to the decision-making of those who wish to rent or sell a property or for those looking for a home to live in. The novelty centralizes detailed information about the real estate market, helping owners, buyers and tenants to make more assertive and strategic decisions. Furthermore, by promoting the democratization of information, the service guarantees access to public interest data, bringing more people to take advantage of the sector's opportunities in a conscious and safe manner
"With QPrice", the pricing process ceases to be a challenge. The tool uses real data, how transactions are made, public records of IPTU and ITBI , in addition to thousands of active listings on the QuintoAndar Group platforms, to provide comprehensive and contextualized analyses. All of this is to help owners make more informed and grounded decisions about the price of their properties. The pricing of real estate is one of the main challenges of the Brazilian real estate market, essentially driven by the asymmetry and the fragmentation of available information. A survey conducted by the QuintoAndar Group in partnership with Datafolha revealed that 2 out of 3 Brazilians have already given up on closing a contract for fear of paying an unfair price, while 84% stated they face difficulties in accessing accurate information about the appropriate value of a property.
Furthermore, a proprietary study by QuintoAndar showed that 37% of the properties listed for rent and 54% of those available for sale are listed above the price, highlighting the urgency of solutions that bring more clarity and confidence to the sector.

- Condominium Pages:With the specific characteristics of each condominium, as a description of the common areas, updated photos, typology and square footage of the properties, in addition to the average value of the transactions already negotiated in the building
- Area QPrice:A personalized space where owners can access updated information about their properties and monitor the market over time

The new search experience of QuintoAndar leverages the power of Artificial Intelligence to provide a more accurate experience, intuitive and personalized. Clients can write or speak freely about the type of property they are looking for, including specific features beyond the filters, like "apartment with wooden floor and bright living room" or "kitchen with open concept". In addition to the information in the ad, the tool uses machine learning to identify in the property photos the features specified in the search. From this, indicates how the ads match what the customer searched for based on tags, like 'it has everything you seek', 'there is no covered parking', for example.
