The novelty arrives to complement the existing options of the platform, that accepts confirmations through the couple's website, through the app or by phone contact. With RSVP via WhatsApp, iCasei reinforces its commitment to always seek to develop new tools and features, that make the experience of couples and guests increasingly practical and efficient.
The choice to include WhatsApp as a means for confirming attendance aligns with data from Statista, specialized in data monitoring, which shows that more than 96% of Brazilians are active users of the messaging app.

The exclusive feature is available in the Black plan, the most complete of the site. To use the new feature and allow iCasei to send messages via WhatsApp requesting confirmation of attendance at the event, the couple needs to include the guests' information and enable the feature on the platform.
The frequency of sending messages is defined by the couple, able to be triggered uniquely, weekly, biweekly or monthly. Furthermore, it is possible to choose the start and end date of the invitations and the deadline for the guests' responses.
