This update completed the implementation of account-free access across all major company platforms – the desktop and Android versions received this feature at the beginning of this year. Furthermore, the browser for iPhone continues to see significant growth, with a month-on-month increase of 33% in the number of new users in the European Union and 31% globally
Aria without account on iOS
With the removal of the login requirement, iOS users can now directly access Aria's advanced features on their iPhones without interruptions in browsing. Artificial intelligence offers a personalized experience, aligned with the needs of mobile users. Resources like instant page summary, identification of link sources and handling of contextual queries are fully optimized for devices of this system.
This ensures that people can rely on Aria to produce and create, whether on the street or inside the house. In addition to its advanced AI capabilities, the browser assistant integrates seamlessly with the iOS interface, what allows direct interactions through the software menu
Aria offers tools such asImage Generation, to create visuals for projects or personal use, andImage Understanding, that analyzes uploaded images to provide insights or edits
To access it on iOS without an account, just update the Opera browser to the latest version. It is worth noting that Image Generation is limited to five per day for unconnected internet users. Home screen widgets
This Opera update for iOS also brings a new feature: customizable widgets for the home screen. Widgets allow you to create shortcuts directly on the iPhone's home screen, what enables access to the most important resources with a single click
To set up, just press and hold the Opera icon on the home screen. It is possible to create widgets that function as shortcuts to Aria or the search, in addition to options to open a new tab or enter Private Mode
This action also displays a menu with other options. It is possible to open a new tab or a private tab, access the search or the artificial intelligence tool, among others. These additions speed up daily navigation by providing quick access, with a touch, to the resources that matter most
