The Nucleus, tech company for infrastructure solutions in digital transactions and data intelligence, announces the arrival of Ricardo Dias Gomes, ex-B3, Citibank and CSD, to take on the role of Executive Superintendent of Business. He will be responsible for the over-the-counter market unit, expanded after the acquisition of the CRT4 operation in 2024.

With extensive experience in financial market infrastructure services, has a degree in Business Administration, with an Executive MBA from Insper and executive certifications from ISE Business School. With over 25 years of experience in the financial market, had experience at Citibank in operational areas of Treasury, working with exchange products, Fixed Income and Derivatives, among others.
He was one of the leaders of the BM&FBOVESPA initiative to develop competition with the then Cetip, obtaining significant results in positioning infrastructure solutions for the organized over-the-counter market.
