- THESales Agent Turns contacts into qualified leads, enabling your reps to close the biggest deals while the agent ensures no leads are abandoned. The agent can work autonomously 24 hours a day, researching leads, scheduling meetings, and reaching out to customers. For some low-impact leads, the agent may even close a sale. The agent uses your CRM, company data like pricing sheets, and the web—along with Microsoft 365 data like emails and meetings—to personalize each response.
- THESales Chathelps accelerate the sales cycle, from getting new accounts up to speed to preparing for client meetings. It provides sales reps with actionable insights from CRM data, pitch decks, meetings, and emails — so they can spend less time researching and more time selling. All it takes is a simple, natural language prompt like “Give me a list of deals that are at risk of falling through,” “What should I know before tomorrow’s meeting with this client?” or “Help me create a plan to close this deal.”
These agents can be accessed from Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, connecting to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. They are customizable to connect to each organization’s specific business data, ensuring accurate and actionable responses.
