    MakeOne opens office with greater integration among employees

    A MakeOne, company focused on unified communication, mobility, solid CX strategies and personalized consulting, inaugurated its completely restructured office with new spaces, promoting greater integration among employees and focusing on innovations

    The new MakeOne office recently opened in São Paulo, brought new environments, as a multipurpose area, with massage room, kitchen, arcade area for employees, living room with sofas and spaces to relax, in addition to relying on the conceptFree Seat, where circulation through the areas is open and there are no walls separating the departments, generating greater integration among people. The space also features individual booths for calls or conversations that require privacy or moments of focus. Currently, the company has about 150 employees, that work in the hybrid model. The design was created based on the new company logo presented earlier this year, that features curved lines, connecting the initials "M" and "O",creating a visual representation ofcontinuity and balance, strongly represented in all environments

    Furthermore, the headquarters has a new feature, an "Arena" with bleachers for holding monthly events, where professionals, specialists and clients will meet to discuss a different topic at each meeting. "These events aim to direct clients and bring together both executives and specialists in the field for networking", trainings and lectures, says Márcia Carvalho, marketing leader of MakeOne

    THEFree Seatincorporated in the new headquarters makes all employees feel part of the same team, for not having walls separating each area, the relationship among professionals ends up being greater. This model makes sense with the company's key concept, since the "One" in its name symbolizes integration and unification.
