A Up.p, fintech specialized in secured credit and payroll loans for individuals, is moving to a new house. Located in the City Park Complex, in São Paulo, the 400 m² space was designed to accommodate the expected expansion of doubling the team by the end of this year, after the operation grew fivefold in 2023
To reach the ideal model for the new headquarters, a Up.p conducted a survey with the employees, raising which characteristics and functionalities they would like to have in the new space
With a ceiling height of almost three meters and a wide view of the southern zone of São Paulo, the new office met several of the Up's requests.pers (as the collaborators are called), like multiple and spacious meeting rooms, large common area, televisions and machines ofsnackswith various and nutritious product options

Every detail of the space was designed to represent the team and the company's purpose.
