This year, a FCamara, technology and innovation consulting, directed a large part of its efforts towards exponential growth in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In total, the company invested R$ 30 million in the last 12 months, focusing on infrastructure, processes, training and hiring, in addition to applications for their clients' projects. This amount represents an increase of 1.400% compared to the previous year
In 2024, the portfolio of projects focused on the use of AI at FCamara grew by more than 500%, serving sectors such as health, finance and industry in general. These projects can be specific to AI or consulting solutions that use AI – both aiming to accelerate the creation of new revenue sources for clients, increase team productivity, among other objectives
With this investment, FCamara strengthened its team of AI specialists with 80 hires this year, in addition to training and developing various executives from different business areas so that they increasingly learn about AI and work with it, enabling oneself to customize or create agents, for example. Today, the company already has more than 350 fully qualified people to develop consulting projects using Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence requires a lot of research and development. Even though AI agents produce a series of results, there is always a need for customizations, team engagement, create new metrics and best practices. This takes time, study and investment. These efforts, both in investment, how much in professional training, they create projects of excellence, both internally, how much we deliver to our clients, explain Joel Backschat, CIO of FCamara.
Backshat continues explaining how the use of AI is already customary. "Even when a project does not have the demand for this technology", necessarily, we deliver AI-based solutions. From chatbots and virtual assistants, that are simpler, even more advanced tools for development teams, capable of optimizing tasks such as writing, quality and coding tests, for example. These solutions also help ensure a more secure code deployment in production. All these resources are part of the projects we offer to our clients, detailing each step to meet your needs,
With this strategy, FCamara consolidates itself as one of the leading consultancies in technology and innovation projects, balancing its internal growth with support for clients' technological advancement. For 2025, the outlook remains promising, with continuous growth in AI in solutions aimed at improving internal processes and generating better results for clients.
