The Nucleus, reference in infrastructure solutions for digital transactions and data intelligence, recorded another year of revenue growth, reaching R$ 1,66 billion, 7% expansion in the year. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization totaled R$ 790 million, 20% above 2023, and the net profit reached R$ 626 million, 7% increase in the period. Furthermore, Núclea distributed R$ 724,8 million in dividends in 2024.

The increasing diversification of our portfolio over the past two years has allowed us to enter new sectors beyond finance and develop high-impact initiatives, how our network in blockchain (Núclea Chain). The Núclea has, today, more than 1.600 clients in your portfolio. Last year, in operational terms, there were more than 40,7 billion transactions that represent more than R$ 18,4 trillion in financial volume. This volume includes transactions that go through the company, how to settle invoices, card registration, credit portability, salary account and assignment of credit card, among others.
New markets
"The profile of our customers is changing and 2024 was proof of that". Today, we do not only speak the language of the financial market, but also of insurance, tokenization, real estate and others. We also refined our data and anti-fraud solutions, as an expansion of what we were doing until then, celebrates Daré.
In 2024, the company started its operations in the insurance market and, now, records insurance operations, open complementary pension, capitalization and reinsurance. In the last year, announced a partnership to be the registrar of the insurance operations of CNSEG members.
Already in the blockchain market, the company launched Núclea Chain and became a pioneer in offering tokenized invoice services in the Brazilian market. Technology allows for a complete journey, passing through the registry, tokenization and validation of the backing of the invoice, ensuring safety and accessibility for customers.
Another highlight was Núclea's first service for end users: certification aimed at families with an income of up to 10 minimum wages to have access to Social Interest Housing (HIS) and Popular Market Housing (HMP). For that, the company leveraged its experience in technology for the financial system to benefit the real estate market.
The Núclea carried out, yet, important investments that enhance the expansion of operations through Liquid startups, Brazilian company of artificial intelligence applied to credit, and Parfin, focused on digital asset structures and blockchains in companies.
In addition to the conquest of new markets, the solutions for the democratization of credit and financial services saw significant growth in 2024. The highlight is the portability of credit and the registration of receivables for use as collateral. Furthermore, Núclea expanded the registration of tickets and the enrollment in Authorized Direct Debit.
The data agenda for legal entities also showed progress in 2024. Núclea provided the financial market with indicators and reports that allow for a more suitable credit granting to clients, with conditions aligned to the payment capacity and rates consistent with a more accurate risk assessment
