A survey conducted by Bling, LWSA ERP platform, focused on SMEs, shows that after 60 months of life, companies that use ERP have a greater chance of survival, in comparison to those that do not use a management system. This month, the company brings innovations such as"My Business", an intelligent dashboard to enhance the management of small businesses (read more below).
The diagnosis carried out by Bling includes a database of CNPJs that use the company's services, that were compared with the CNPJ database opened by the Federal Revenue Service, since 2020. In comparison, companies that use ERP have a survival rate 10 percentage points higher (83,4%) compared to other companies (74%) in the market that did not adopt the use of an ERP.
Recent studies by Sebrae (Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises) show that 38% of companies close before reaching 5 years, having its management as one of the main reasons for the business closure.
"In this survey by Bling", we seek to translate for companies and entrepreneurs how important it is to have efficient business management and, with technological advancement, to have all of this digitized, gathered in a single environment, makes this management more effective and is a key factor for the longevity of the business, says Marcelo Navarini, director of Bling
Management solution for SMEs
With over 300 thousand users, the Bling, today, it is one of the main management solutions, focused on SMEs. In the 4th quarter of 2024, the sales volume through owned stores and transacted in marketplaces via LWSA's ERP operations and marketplace integrators, like Bling, reached a value of R$ 19,5 billion, growth of 16,3% compared to the same period in 2023.In the year 2024, the growth was 18,4% compared to the previous year, reaching R$ 69,7 billion.
The data reinforces the potential of Bling with "My Business", plans to offer a complete and integrated view of operations for companies, with continuously updated data and interactive dashboards, without the need to use external tools. The functionality was developed for retailers who operate in one or more channels, be a physical store, e-commerce or marketplaces.
The solution was created from the incorporation of Qint, analytics startup founded by Bruno Leite and Daniel Hiraoka, and that since 2024 they have been leading the initiative alongside the Bling team. "We see the need to simplify and optimize processes". In this sense, My Business was designed to provide more efficient management, with a focus on the visualization of important operational indicators, explain Navarini
The functionality allows for the generation of powerful insights about overall sales performance and performance by channel, seller or product, in addition to providing forecasts about stock behavior. These dashboards help in making fundamental decisions for any business. The information can be analyzed over various periods of time, whether from a product or sales channel perspective, individual or grouped, allowing a complete understanding of the company, says the director of Bling
Other insights consider the analytical view of ABC curve of simple products or compositions, including the % of markup applied and the representativeness in the revenue for the period, the inventory forecast, how long should it last, and the shopping suggestion, that ensures agility for companies with many items and compositions in their catalog.
It also allows the integration of data from up to 10 different Bling accounts, facilitating the managerial monitoring of companies with multiple operations, in addition to more images of the dashboard on the desktop, images of conversation on whatsapp and video use case.
