    Bemobi accelerates growth in the fourth quarter and announces new dividend policy, that plans to distribute 200 million reais

    Bemobi(BMOB3), leader in the specialized payment solutions sector, which already serves 10 of the 15 largest recurring service companies in the country, communicated this Thursday, 20, to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024. The period was the one with the highest growth in the last 9 quarters, both Net Revenue and EBITDA (earnings before taxes, depreciation and amortization) Adjusted, with growth in the 4 business verticals. The period also marks the gain of traction in payment initiatives, with increased penetration in existing customers and the addition of new customers, among them Copel, sixth energy distributor to become a client of Bemobi. One of the rare Brazilian multinationals in the technology sector, the company currently has more than 1,475 clients, there are 149 large companies (with sales above 500 million reais) and 1,326 medium companies (with sales below 500 million reais), spread across 58 countries

    "In this quarter, we reported the largest expansion in recent years", with the acceleration of growth compared to previous quarters. The year 2024 was a recovery of our sustainable growth, supported by the continuous gain of vertical traction in Payments, in addition to recovery in Digital Signatures, says Pedro Ripper, co-founder and CEO of Bemobi. The growth and evolution of Pix and Open Finance in Brazil, added to the expansion of e-wallets and innovations like Click to Pay, create opportunities for recurring service companies to modernize their payment platforms. The digitization of these journeys allows for the transition from traditional payment slips to an omnichannel and multi-method approach, offering more flexibility and better payment terms. This movement has brought significant conversion gains, reduction of delinquency and cost optimization for our clients.”

    Bemobi's end-to-end payment solution is already used in a "white label" model by more than 505 companies, including all the major telecom operators in Brazil, how I live, TIM and Claro, some of the largest companies in the utilities sector, like Energisa, Equatorial, Enel, NeoEnergia, Light and Copel, education sector companies, how the Salta Group, in addition to various internet providers. 

    In the fourth quarter of 2024, the company achieved a record payment volume (TPV) of over 2,3 billion reais. As a result, the revenue from Payments grew by 16,3% compared to the same period of the previous year. 

    Digital Signature solutions saw a 34 increase,4% of the quarterly revenue. The number of users with active subscriptions to their app services, games and communication reached 26,2 million, increase of 10% compared to the same period last year. 

    Between October and December of last year, Bemobi's adjusted net revenue grew 19,8% compared to the same period in 2023, reaching 165,3 million reais. In 2024, the net revenue reached 607,5 million reais, growth of 12,2% compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA grew 19,1% reached 55 million reais, the largest in the company's history. Adjusted EBITDA increased 13,6% and reached 200,4 million reais. The adjusted net profit ex-Swap in Q4 2024 was 46,5 million. In the accumulated period of 12 months, the adjusted net profit ex-Swap totaled 135,9 million reais, a 20 expansion,1% compared to 2023. The net accounting profit closed the year at 120,2 million reais, high of 38,3% compared to the previous year

    The operational cash generation was a solid 41,4 million reais in the fourth quarter, with the conversion of results in cash exceeding 75%. In this way, the company closed the quarter with a total cash of 589 million reais. 

    Bemobi also approved a new dividend distribution policy, valid until the end of 2025, which plans to distribute an estimated 200 million reais. The first stage of distribution will be 58 million reais related to the fiscal year 2024, to be ratified at the Assembly to be held on April 24. "Our financial and operational performance in 2024", added to the prospects for 2025, they give us comfort that our cash generation allows for a more aggressive payment of dividends related to these two periods, without harming our ability to continue growing sustainably, both organically and through new M&As that will continue to play a relevant role in our strategy, claims Ripper
