With a selection process that includes challenges, interviews and dynamics, the award is a recognition with an opportunity for professional development. The finalists will have exclusive access to the educational content of MIT SMR, mentoring sessions with renowned experts and valuable networking opportunities.
For the top six, MIT SMR Brazil and CNEX will take the winners on a trip to Boston, headquarters of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, for a tour and meeting with the faculty of the renowned university. The Top 6 will also be highlighted with the publication of articles in the Future Leaders column, from MIT Sloan Review Brazil
