The coaching market in Brazil is experiencing exponential growth in the number of professionals and events. According to the International Coach Federation (ICF), largest global association of coaches, in the last ten years, the increase in specialists in the country reached 300%. Last year, more than 500 events were held at the national level, including congresses, workshops, seminars and training sessions related to coaching in various Brazilian cities. And the Expo D. The profile of coaching events in Brazil ranges from intimate meetings for small groups in personalized sessions, even large programming. In these settings, the superintendent of Expo D. Pedro observes significant increases in areas such as life coaching and career coaching, and emphasizes that "the organizers are increasingly seeking flexible spaces, that involve customized practices, how rooms for mentoring, and larger areas to provide comfort for up to 2,000 or even up to 5,000 people simultaneously
