With the growing demand for sustainable and efficient solutions for urban mobility and cargo logistics, the railway sector emerges with the potential for prominence among the modes of transport in Brazil. Considered a strategic alternative for reducing operational costs and carbon emissions, it becomes essential to invest in the development of new solutions for the sector.
In this context, a23rd edition of the NT Expo – Business on the Tracks, one of the main meeting points for the railway sector, will bring together more than 100 national and international exhibiting brands that will present innovations aimed at the modernization and expansion of the railway infrastructure in the country. The event will be held fromApril 22 to 24 in the Anhembi District, in São Paulo.
Among the highlights of this edition, the global giantCRRC, one of the largest train manufacturers in the world, will present its most advanced line of products and innovative solutions focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, security and high performance.
AMarcopolo Rail, specialized division of Marcopolo in the development of new rail modalities, will also be present at the event. "The expectations for the NT Expo are very positive", because rail transport has great growth potential in Brazil and Latin America, especially with the VLTs, APMs and trains. The event has played a fundamental role in the development and evolution of the sector over the years, highlights the executive manager of Marcopolo Rail, Petras Amaral Santos.
The company will present amockupof the train recently exported to Chile, in addition to solutions developed for the AeroGru consortium (compositions of the People Mover at Guarulhos International Airport), in São Paulo, and for Giordani Turismo (VLT Prosper model), in Santana do Livramento.
