    Netbr Firm Partnership with the British Customer Futures, Specialized in "Consumer Empowerment"

    Netbr, focused on open architectures of digital identity, is forming a partnership with the BritishCustomer Futures. It is a consultancy for innovations, specialized in strategies to address consumer experience based on decentralized identities

    In the conventional identification model, the user credentials travel from one point to another on the network as a single block of data, and this information (many unnecessary for the specific purpose) is collected by the service provider's website

    Distributed identities allow the consumer to control their own personal data, without relying on centralizing third parties, like governments or companies. They use technologies like blockchain and tokenization to ensure privacy and portability in non-invasive authentication methods

    Founded and led by digital experience researcher Jamie Smith, Customer Futures has been launching new concepts of UX and CX balancing privacy with enticing experiences

    In Netbr's view, one of the ways this happens is through the offering of digital wallets. With the wallets, the consumer keeps encrypted identity data on their personal device and provides websites only with what is essential. For example, prove that you are of legal age, you don't need to share your address, although residential data is available in the wallet for appropriate situations. 

    Customer Futures has numerous projects in "EmpowerTech", "CustomerTech" using granular identity models, with multilayered data

    According to André Facciolli, CEO of Netbr, the partnership helps your company design new journeys for consumers, collaborators and partners, adapted to the emergence of artificial intelligence

    This will imply the design of smoother digital experiences, but resistant to privacy abuse or to circumventing customer consent.
