The ESPM, reference school in Marketing and Innovation focused on business, is open for enrollment for the summer courses focused on Employer Branding themes. The courses take place between July and August, with online and live classes, or in-person, in the São Paulo campuses, Porto Alegre and Rio de Janeiro. The 2024 summer course portfolio of ESPM includes three courses focused on Employer Branding, they are: 'Creation of strategic Endomarketing campaign'; Internal Communication and Endomarketing Planning; and 'Employer Branding: Building and Managing an Employer Brand'. - Employer Branding: Building and Managing an Employer Brand
The course starts on July 23 and takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, with a workload of 12 hours. The program is aimed at professionals in the field of corporate communication, internal communication and people management, in addition to professionals interested in the topic. The objective of the course is to show participants concepts such as organizational culture, employer brand and value proposition to employees.
- Creation of strategic Endomarketing campaigns
The course starts on August 19 and takes place from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, online and live, with a workload of 12 hours. The program is intended for managers, coordinators, analysts and other professionals in the field of Corporate Communication, Endomarketing, People Development, Human Resources, Corporate Marketing, Institutional Communication and other areas that deal with people and talents within organizations. The objective of the course is to prepare the student to develop an Endomarketing campaign from start to finish.
- Internal Communication Planning and Internal Marketing
The course starts on August 26 and takes place from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, online and live, with a workload of 12 hours. The program is aimed at professionals in Internal Communication and Internal Marketing, Human Resources and those interested in working in the area who are looking for a practical guide to conduct communication with results. The objective of the course is to provide knowledge for the creation and execution of Internal Communication and Endomarketing planning considering the organizational culture in a strategic way
