Em homenagem ao Dia do Cliente (15/09), the ESPM, reference school in Marketing and Innovation focused on business, joins the Clientes SA portal for the "Customer Week", a series of online meetings to discuss topics related to Customer Experience
Organized by the Business Administration course of the institution,the lives will take place between September 9 and 13 and will feature the presence of more than 30 executives from large companies, like O Boticário, How much, Paypal, iFood, Stellantis, among others. The meetings will be led by Vilnor Grube, CEO of ClienteSA and VP of Aloic, and a representative of ESPM
This is an important date for us to exchange information, knowledge and cases between the private sector and academia, analyzing the various sectors that involve customers and their experiences, comment Erika Martins, coordinator of the Business Administration course at ESPM
